Offer: Google India, L3 Base: 22 Lpa Rsu: 60k usd Other things on top of this pf and shit. (Saying TC. Can't be more than 45lpa. Interview: 1 coding lean hire, other 3 Strong Hire)

Current: Base: 15 Lpa Rsu: 40K usd (Promotion pending here for next quarter, manager ranting for budget issue 😓)

Experience: almost 2 years.

Google is lowballing me but how should I negotiate, I don't have counter offer!
