eTMS bus booking

Hey all,

I am looking for bus/cab availability in eTMS mobile app. As I could see some scheduled timings available in the app. Say the mentioned time is 9 am to 6.45 pm. So they will pickup and drop at 9 am and 6.45 pm respectively. Or is it like they will reach office by 9 am and departure from office by 6 45 pm.

I can see they have mentioned as "Office In time " as 9 am. So I am confused. Kindly clarify.
