Ethical thing is going in TCS management that is found on matrimony site
Actually I am looking for marriage this year so I have registered on multiple matrimony sites. I got one profile of girls for marriage in the WhatsApp group, when I read biodata of her which is for marriage, saw a huge package in a short time that is 18 lac in TCS and her degree is B.sc Computer science . when I checked her data on LinkedIn , I found that she has switched multiple job frequently. How can TCS accept such a case for a huge salary ? That is creating a question. I wish to highlight such a thing to the CEO. This is actually the wrong thing. Companies are trying to hide all things, but on the matrimony site, all packages related things will be disclosed.

That is not correct. If every one will switch 50 jobs in 50 years, not all companies would be stable further. All companies would lose the contract because of the stability issue. That is dangerous for all . All members may lose employment because of no contract renewal
