I joined infy in nov 2024, but I got another good opportunity with a good salary and job role, can someone suggest to me whether I should leave or stay infy , since I joined 4 months back?

But currently I am in a project and they told me when I got the project that I have to stick for min 9 months in that project, otherwise they will have a problem.

You can leave but only problem is you can never join back Infosys if it is less than 4 years🙂

Nobody will call you unless you are really tight with your pm.. They will give you a cursory call in the last month

If u feel the new offer is best for your career and financially , go for e-separation.

Apply e-separation and then discuss with your manager.

You must be still in probation period and you will have only 30 day notice. You can leave if you have a very good offer.
