Esops - Not received

Hi, had completed 1.2years at a startup, and have recently resigned and completed my notice period. In my employment letter, there is a 2Lakh esop bonus to be given post one year of employment. Haven't received the same yet and on constant follow ups, have been ignored.

Wanted to check what could be the further course of action I can take to get this redeemed.
