0.1% is basically 50 lakh inr over 4 years. Which isn’t a lot for a leader level new hire

I think if you are getting anything above 0.1% consider it a win.

Telling from my experience personally, not sure what the market standards are. But I don't think anyone gives a new joiner more than 0.5% esops before joining and proving their worth.
