ESOP clarification
I have joined a startup and have some vested esops available with me. My question is when I leave the company, how will I be able to exercise these options since I can access the esop portal using my offical email id only. Sorry if it's a noob question - but I am clueless about this.

AFAIK the ESOP details will be sent to your personal email ID (post signing of grant letter). So it won’t be a problem.
Also, can you share details about the “exercise event” of the ESOP? (Meaning when can the ESOPs be exercised?)

They will change the email id in the portal to your personal email
