Is there any chance of manager rejecting my eseperation request because they are not responding even when I am asking them to approve the request

Just chill and enjoy you will get the approval. Don't push it. On your second last working day you will get a resignation acceptance letter and approval will be auto approved.
On your last working day stay for 3.5 hrs record your out time. Then submit the laptop and icard.
