If I put paper now, what is the max time window within which I can revoke it ?

Till last day, but you have to ask approver 1 and 2 to also approve esep revoke. Revoke doesn't happen automatically like in case of esep approval.

Thank you. I am putting paper because I am not getting any interview calls because of this 90 days notice period. What reason can I tell if my manager or HR asks for a reason when I raise the esep request.

Frankly tell them this reason, if they accept it then fine, tell them you can revoke 1 week before if you don't get any good offer.
