Escape way from the HR reporting to avoid resign...???

Currently and RMG and HR are forcing employee to resign from TCS..... Today also many people are forced to resign from TCS. Is there any way to escape from the HR meeting....????

Are you saying you are on bench just 1 day and you are asked to resign? If that is the case ask for a policy. Even bench policy doesn’t support.
