  2. Extremely good. Spent close to 8 years in the company and can count on my fingers the days I worked over time or was asked to work on a weekend
  3. I’ve only gotten between 5-8%. Don’t expect much.
  4. Promotions depend on the kind of job you do. It often won’t be given to you. You’ll have to ask for it.
  5. Yes it’s safe.
  6. Extremely good. They cover your in-laws as well (if you’re married)
  7. Yes, I’ve met many people who’ve retire from Ericsson having served their entire life in Ericsson
