Trending @Accenture; EPFO name issue

I have tried multiple times to update my name in EPFO portal according to my aadhaar card by uploading all the necessary documents. But still the request is getting rejected by employer every time. I even raised an incident in support portal but didn’t get any help from there either. Can anyone please help if they know something about this or have faced the same issue!!
