EPFO bank kyc is getting rejected

Hello friends in my epfo account, Bank details were not mentioned so i updated it with account where i am getting the salary inside the epfo portal. After couple of days when i checked epfo portal i found that it was rejected with some reason like “name mismatch”. I am 100% sure that there is no mistake from my side while adding the bank details. If i am not wrong this update request reaches to current employer and they approve / rejectit . I just want to know how do i get it approved ? And to whom i should reach out to ?. Any suggestions is much appreciated thanks in Advance
