EPFO and TCS salary structure

Does anyone know if TCS is in process of changing salary structures based on new EPFO rules. Question is because it is managed by trust.

Nothing is going to change. The labour law is not for the permanent employees.

From what I’ve read, PF rule is applicable for all employees. It’s just the gratuity of 1 year which is applicable to contract level employees.

Managed by trust shouldn't change any normal norms.

PF rule is applicable for all employees. 1 year Gratuity is for contractor employees
