For Bangalore dc employees for some epf and eps both are there but for some only epf, how is it determined ? Is it based on employees home state ?

it's not based on home state, bro. 🤘 it's all about the salary structure. if your basic salary is above a certain limit, then only EPF is applicable. EPS is for those with a lower basic salary. no state connection here!

one of my friends has the exact same salary with the exact same components amount like base, hra, lta e t.c but for him eps also gets deducted. The only difference is he is from different state
