EPF transfer from previous company

I raised an epf transfer request in EPFO portal for transferring my previous company amount to my current company EPFO account. It has been more than 3 weeks but it is still pending. What should I do ?

After raising transfer request there is a form 13 generated, you need to sign it and send to your previous company if it's pending with them.

In stead of transferring from the previous company, can I withdraw the amount ?

I think if applied for transfer online those things things are automatically taken care of by epfo right ?
