EPF still showing previous company as current

Hello guys, I resigned from my job in July and my last working day was August. Due to medically conditions, i have been unemployed so far and havent come back to the corporate world as of yet. I opened my epf account and it still shows previous company as current as in there is not exit date shown there .

Is it normal? Will it show after i join a company again? What to do ?

you can mark the exit date yourselves on EPF portal

You can email your ex company's payroll and ask them to mark the exit date in pf portal.

I havent made any pf deposit to my epf account and i left the company like 6 months ago so what to do

On the portal, mark exit with the exit date. It will go for an approval to your ex company. Ask the company poc to approve it. You will only be able to mark an exit after 2 months of your last pf deposit.
