It’s not deducted. There are two parts to your contribution and employer contribution. The one deducted is your contribution, the one contributed by employer is part of your CTC. 100 CTC included 5 employer contribution. TheN Out of 95 they will deduct 5. So total 10 goes into PF.

What do you mean by "deducted in salary from other incomes"? PF always gets deducted from basic pay and this deduction is a part of your fixed CTC in your compensation letter which is also right.
