EPF and EPS Issue

Can someone help me with resolving my EPF transfer issue from my previous employer to my current employer? My auto-transfer request has been rejected by EPFO field officers for two reasons:

Father's name mismatch
EPS wages not updated by the previous employer

However, my father's name is already synced with Aadhaar on the EPFO portal. What should I do next to resolve this? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Best would be to raise the issue on Grievnace Portal. Faced similar issues. This should be solved in weeks post grievance is raised.

I have raised my concern with my previous employer. Should I wait for them to resolve it, or should I escalate the issue through the EPFO grievance portal?
