Trending @HCL; EPB - I got 55% EPB on rating 8 and in the next quarter got the same 55% with a 9.2 rating.

What is 55% EPB on rating 8 means?

HCL love to deduct employee's salary as much as they can. While i was part of HCL, i was told that if you are billable you will get 100% EPB, then HCL came up with great idea to deduct the salary and they started deducting on EPB rating. Apart from that, HCL gave me huge hike i.e. rs 12/year l.

They have decreased the percentage cut of ebp now i guess you need to be rated more than 10 to get 80 percent of epb cut
