Trending @HCL; EPB Computation Missing
I don’t see the EPB computation button in the recently concluded AMJ-25 tab in my performance. Can someone explain if this means EPB is now part of fixed pay or if there’s just another place I should look at?

EPB will be never a part of fixed salary . if this happens then HCL profits will be zero

That’s not true, I think this has already happened with some of the new joiners where the component isn’t listed separately. Also I’ve heard from other leaders that this is planned for existing employees too

Do you really think this will happens, they made a huge cost cut using EPB . I don't think it will happen .
Anyways I get 100 epb always , I am worried about others. If this miracle I will be happy
