Trending @HCL; EPB and Annual Bonus are rewards or company tax

Having worked for product-based companies, I was unfamiliar with the concepts of EPB and Annual Bonus. When discussing my CTC with HR, I didn't consider these components and agreed to the terms without fully understanding them. Now, I'm finding it challenging to meet these components, and my monthly salary is being deducted under EBP adjustments, despite consistently achieving high performance ratings of 9.25

Why did you switch from product based to a service based company? This is common in HCL. Nobody knows how EPB gets calculated. Even if you get 10/10, HCL somehow manages to deduct EPB.
