Trending @HCL; EPB Adjustment Monthly is negative
From past 3 months, my EPB Adjustment Monthly is negative i.e. -880; my rating is good. Why this EPB is negative
These pricks deduct it and give it as variable pay, that's what I believe. For jan, 1000 something was deducted for me.
In my case it was -1500 per month at a rating of 8.75 out of 10 what they want is to reduce the salary that they mentioned in the CTC. In place of giving bonus they reduce our own CTC which is disgusting
Even for the first rating they're reducing. Moreover with the same rating the dedication varies QoQ. I heard it's due to some metrics with a percentile ratio. Whatever, new tricks of deducting salary. Why does the name have engagement, if we are 100% engaged into a project then we're entitled for the full amount. If they link with rating how it's different with Annual Performance Bonus
