In the previous AMJ cycle, EPB computation was not visible in the portal, but after the August salary credited, it was again added in the portal. And also, an amount is deducted from the salary according to the AMJ rating.

This is the worst policy I have ever seen in any company . I have already wrote this to my manager unnecessary they are deducting .
