Ask ADP to increase it to 29 fixed + Bonus. That will match the offer. If they don’t, join epam.

np. ADP has some pluses, but their salary structure is so bad and their annual hike too is poor. So if they don’t match the offer, no point of considering.

What is notice period in EPAM? You can compare that one too.

Do me a favour, when you decline the ADP offer, emphasise more on Notice period duration, rather than anything else. I wish everyone starts highlighting the issue with 3 months np to HRs. Tell them something like- “I got a better offer. Compensation was not a major issue, but the longer Notice Period stood out and made me rethink”. If they do phone call and counter, you can tell that you think that longer notice period depicts deeper problem with the organisation.
