EPAM Senior software engineer salary range

Hello Mates,

My interviews with EPAM are done, and I'm about to negotiate the offer. Initially, they said they could offer 28 fixed (that's it they said). I have 6 years of exp and am in the frontend domain. I'm currently getting 17.5 fixed, Is this offer appropriate? If not what is the actual range for the Senior software engineer in EPAM? EPAM Systems

Technically, a 60% bump in fixed salary, in today's market scenario is not a low-ball. If one is not already starting from something like 20lpa, at 6 YOE 28-32lpa fixed is decent in a realistic scenario. Idk about this specific company though, just gave a general opinion.
