I am .net full stack developer with 12 years of experience. Currently working with deloitte usi and drawing 30 lpa ctc. Shall I consider joining epam pune? What should be the minimum ctc I can expect for the lead software engineer position? Please help me with details about work culture, projects, and learning growth in epam.

EPAM is known for hire and fire and one of the reasons I know is - they charge more than other service based MNC'S per employee.
We (my company) are also planning to remove the whole EPAM team from our project as they are more costly than others for the same services.
