Trending @HCL; EP in each QR, but TP in Yearly review

I put my notice in April, although I have received an average 9 rating whole year but now they gave me TP, how to deal with this? What actions i can take?

It seems like hcl is out of funds so they are stealing my yearly performance bonus to build their balance sheet 😂😆

Seems like it.. even our performance cycle is not completed yet (on purpose) to avoid giving out bonuses.

How can you say you got ep or dp or any rating in quarter, that's just a number you are seeing like 8, 9 or 9.5 or whatever but not actual the real ratings, real ratings comes after all completion I meant 4 quarters or 1 year so then your manager or team decides to give you a final rating which doesn't have any correlation with your quarter numbers so it's fake and this time you got TP (Threshold Performance)

Just to keep the subject short i used the reference EP, otherwise you are right TP/GP/EP/DP are yearly review 👍

Since you're opting out, they don't want to waste the ratings on someone who is going out.

But do you expect the bonuses to be paid out this month ?

At the end it depends on the project manager, they will receive a sheet and will have a few slots for each Dp, ep etc. So even though u get all 10 in every quarter there is no guarantee u will get Dp.
