Everytime I purchase something, there's so much research anxiety, should I should I not Even with food

If item is less than X Rs, it doesn't really matter. That's how I go about it.

Just go for cheapest possible options to have no anxiety. Even if it breaks or gets lost, you can replace easily.

Food is different though, better to spend more on healthy options than buy cheap and regret later.

Same . I analyse a lot to get the best value for my money. And there my cousins/sister/brothers buy random shit without any emotional backlog. I wish I could be more okay with buying without thinking much

I never have any guilt buying tech products. Once you understood how much r&d goes into this products then you will now that only due to large production they are offering it at this much cheap price.

Likewise but I guess because we are not spendthrift and we value money or maybe we are just kanjoos. Ha ha.

I guess we focus too much on utility and value but that’s okay.
