What is the difference between Entry Level Pool and ITP. I completed my training in March. Today I received mail that saved I have been moved to ITP. What does that mean? (Smart ITP Initiation)

Same... People who completed their training from June to October didn't get the Itp mail... But the ones who recently completed the training got this... How any of this is fair?
