Entry level jobs are low paying in design
Worked at a startup as an intern for 3 months. Very early stage, intersting work tho. It doesn't pay much, my monthly pay as a full time designer will be 40k. Only designer in the company with 3 devs.

40k for an intern at a startup is actually fine.
There was a time not too long back designers were being paid 15k.
If the work is good, keep at it for a bit till you have a solid project for your portfolio and then move on.

Full time pay , internship pay was 20

I think if you like the work, you should stay. You can switch for a hike later if you like. At this stage you should be more focused on learning. Since it's in the early stage you probably will get a lot to learn.
