Entry Level Guidance

Hi, I'm an entry level Data scientist/Data Analyst. I have 7.5 years of total work experience but not relevant to Data roles. What should be my approach to job search? I have done PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning. Also have premium Naukri account and search daily on LinkedIn and Instahyre. I also apply in Wellfound, Cutshort and unstop. However, I'm not getting much response. Whatever response I get, ask for relevant experience. I've had my resume analysed by experts as well. Perhaps I should change my strategy a bit. Any advice would be helpful.

If you have 75 years of experience in a non data role and recently transitioned into data science your focus should be on building strong end to end projects that showcase real business impact rather than just applying online Try freelancing internships or contract roles to build credibility and network actively with hiring managers on LinkedIn Branding yourself through content and referrals can work better than mass applications Also join focused communities where real opportunities are shared You can join our data community here :
