Why are some tech bros so arrogant in terms of hiring advice. Always seeing on Twitter seeing alpha macho software engineers saying if you can't do leetcode the world is going to eat you up and you're not gonna make it.
Are these people psycho? Why do they think that if you don't follow their recommended path you're doomed forever.

This reminds me of insta reel I saw yesterday of some Adobe sde 5 who was proud he rejected someone with 7+ year experience who couldn't solve some leetcode problem.🥲
This shit worries me too in my journey to shift careers. But I am also optimistic that real companies requiring engineers to solve their real problems wouldn't waste time on pushing for leetcode solving as only criteria.
