Enrolling in WINGS 2
I want to know is it worth to enroll in WINGS 2 considering you are having projects pressure. I know there will lot of learning and upskilling with monetary benefits. Still I want to know in and outs of this program. What will be ground reality in the case of when you actually enrolled. Please enlighten/ suggest.
I did it and putting my hard efforts complete this in 1.5 years and managers downgraded my band so all gone. Just a scam not sure how it’s tagged to someone individual learning efforts and tagged to appraisal. Appraisal has many things involved your work, your connections with managers, your shoe licking capability etc and learning is someone’s individual efforts. So it’s totally waste of time and if you are lucky enough and completed all without any band issue then may be you will get some peanuts added in your payslip.

I recommend doing wings if you are not in a very high pay band.
But, wings hikes for Q4 people have not been announced. So, not sure whether wings revision is also on hold like this year's annual appraisal.
