I am saying this from the last 2 years on every platform...she only cares about diversity.. Accenture earnings have been flat for the last three years.. Even though they fired 19k employees, got new projects, GenAi lollipop projects.. But see the business performance.. Ridiculous

I hear you, but leadership changes aren't always the magic fix. It’s a complex issue, and sometimes patience is key, even if it feels frustrating.
It is the fix. If leadership goals are not aligning with company profit, it’s time to think. It is clearly visible where the priorities are.
She is diversity hire. Its obvious if she is underperforming.

Some day I wish this company gets a CEO like Gabe Newell. Anyone who knows who Gaben is and what great work him and Valve have done over the years, how they really shine and stand apart from all the shitshow in the gaming industry, knows what I'm talking about. Accenture needs just that
