Time to stand was few years back. Its too late now.
Maybe after 5 years , a similar situation will arise and then again someone will come and say, it's too late now
Why can't we have our own TCS Union when we are at this Stage... everyone should support this when someone start and support our fellow colleagues along with us

I have one very big suspicion. Someone from management or someone appointed by management will definitely be part of this group and might be monitoring the messages. Very much likely they will join the telegram group or whatever other groups and will share the message summary to management. Am very much certain that this is high possibility
