Can I fill all the details as poor or , currently I am getting e-mail to fill the survey. Can we all fill the negative points since we are not satisfied .and also they mentioned that response are confident they use only data.

Yes you should add all the issues you feel in survey as this goes to top management and they cannot know who posted what just it should not be abusive or anything
