Trending @Capgemini; End of Probation Approaching – Any Insights?

It’s been 4 months since I joined Capgemini. Gave a few project interviews — got selected in one, but later the position was closed. Still waiting for allocation.

Does anyone know what happens after the 6-month probation if you’re still unallocated? Will it be extended or something else? Any insights would really help. 🙏
