Encora Resignation process

Hi,

Could anyone please help me with the process of resignation in Encora?

As I haven't found anything in his portal so, I have sent an email to the manager regarding my resignation but it's a week and I haven't received LWD yet . What should I do now as one day after resignation only a senior manager calls me and said that he will release me immediately without paying any for NP. For me releasing early is fine if they wish to waive off NP then only as I am ready in both cases of serving NP as well as early release from his side .

Will this situation create an issue in getting my Experience Letter and F&F from after leaving the organisation from Encora? Please suggest me here as I am new joinee for them just completed 2 months only till now.

Any Ex- Encorians, After how many days from my LWD , I will get a relieving Letter, Experience Letter and F&F settlement from them.
