Have been doing some hiring lately. People complaint about unemployment but most have zero intent to work. Don't have awareness to at least attach some proof of work in cold messages. Candidates even dropped off the interviews in first 2 minutes & then stop responding to calls. Bas kahin se thaali mein paisa daalke chala jaye koi. Aise kaise chalega!!
