Employee with 21 months of experience at Infosys but haven't received a hike or promotion yet.Could you explain Infosys' policy and strategy

staying in infosys is like digging grave for yourself.. if you are able to switch do that ASAP

I have completed 42 months in Infy and haven't got a single hike yet 🙂‍↕️
