Employee voice raise

Is there any department or team in tcs that supports tcs employees if there is any please share the name I know some corporate ethics team is there if any pls share??

Rmg is creating a problem for my release for a selected project in another location.

When I was in this situation few years ago, I escalated the issue to the supervisor of the rmg, and kept escalating untill I reached global RMG head. And problem solved.
