Employee Union 🤔
I feel there's need of employee union to raise our voice against these mfs capitalist companies. Europe atleast have minimum wage and minimum working hours fixed. Here we have to fight for bare minimum wage increment also. Laut aao Karl Marx 😭✊🏻 Hint: PCS ne 1.2% increment diya 🥲 and they did decrement in double digits for some employees 🤬
It’s all a game of population. In India, the supply is so high and demand low that people are willing to work at rates unimaginable. Cannot blame them too as everyone needs to lookout for themselves.
Having laws and implementing laws are two different things. Even if there were certain laws made for Indian white-collar jobs - which person will be willing to spend their time in court when we all know whats the state of them here!
