Trending @Infosys; Employee cannot be mapped or transferred across subunits. What does this mean?
Hi everyone, my employee ID is freezed at Infosys. I am not getting mapped to any project code. And also released from the project I was working on without any communication from manager. When I asked to my manager about this, he told me that he got below mail.
"Employee cannot be mapped or transferred across subunits. Please contact HR team for any clarifications."
Now any of HR, TPD team is not responding me properly and asking me to contact each other. No one is responding. And my HR is on leave for a month. What should I do?
There are some units who employees cannot be transferred to other unit unless the DM approves and TPD real eases. Your new project manager will have to drop a note to your TPd and DM asking them to release you and do a unit transfer .
But I am not selected in any other unit projects.
mapping allocation is their headache.
