Employee & HR & RMG
Any C3A or above level associated here released from project even after doing good work. And how RMG is dealing with such associate. I heard that management ask to remove these associate from project but when HR coming to floor they said these are just the rumour. Layoff and the changed policy is only for the bench people not for the allocated employee.

All negative margin projects are instructed to reduce 25% high paying people with low ctc people to improve margins hr is lying to avoid panic resignations leave immediately if you can

Yeah ok, there is so much of negativity in the market I mean nobody knows the clear picture just heard it and pasting

Absolute truth no Sugar Coating. Please ignore if you dont want harsh truth as it is negative.
So basically, what I heard from reliable sources is that people with high packages are being targeted.
Projects with cutthroat margins or not so viable are being asked to drop headcount by 10-25%.
This 10-25%, they have cited, is just the start. If they see or feel more people are required to be dropped they would do that without hesitation.
Everyone dropped is gonna go to the bench. Thereby making them benchers. 35 days is the time frame to get a project if not they hunting people down without remorse.
In short they cut put on bench and then walk them out of the door.
It is very unfair cause right now its panic cutting. They are cutting people solely based on CTC leading to talented people who actually know and build the software from scratch to be kicked out. This causes project to fumble big time. Makes no sense but yeah reality.

HR is lying.
Seniors are being released by projects in the name of "Fluidity".
And if they are not able to find new project within 35 days then you know what will happen to them !
This is on top of long Unallocated people being sacked.

Yes rules are for only bench people. But they are moving associates to bench by removing from project reasons are stupid like not coming to office or not maintaining 5+ hours like that. It's a win win for tcs. I got a rumor saying that higher management are being targetted for layoffs so higher management is releasing people from project to save budget hence their position will be safe.
