Employed bojh on parents

It sucks when your experience is more than your salary. It sucks when u r forced to live with your parents not to support them or take care of them but to have them support you. Financially. Just wondering why am I even living at this point..

I agree that it os really hard and feel helpless.

However, Supporting parents must not suck. They have sacrificed number of things that we even do not know. At their edge, we as child they really need support and our positive and supportive attitude towards them. I am sure they are looking at your efforts even they may not be saying anything.

Their blessings on day will certainly change situation.

I think you misunderstood me sir/ma'am. I am not able to support them. Instead I m forced to ask them to support me. It hurts a lot

You are rich in a sense that you get to see family members around you every morning. You are rich that you talk to them face to face daily . You are earning their blessings day in and day out. One day you will be proud you stayed with them this long. Stop comparing with others, and decide on your priorities money (living alone) vs living with family !! Life is to live and spend with family, alone you might go overseas but weight in what u achieve vs what u loose !!

Priority is living with family AND supporting them.

Never thought I would find someone in the same boat as me. Both parents work and are about to retire. My mom even wanted an early retirement but is waiting for me to get a better job or else we would struggle financially. YOE greater than CTC. A corporate driver at my mom's office earns more than me. Trying to switch for the past 1 year but just no interview calls. Parents are very supportive but can't help but feel like a failure. I get how you feel, but can't rely on anyone but myself. Trying to be better each day as the clock keeps ticking. All hopes and dreams in the gutter as survival is in question.

I know right, I'm at the same point in my life as well and being married as well there is three people to disappoint in my life. Well its never too late, start learning and do certification, I guess industry standard certification will help. I'm not sure even certification will get me an interview with 90 np, just trying that at this point. Use udemy and try to crack any certification. This too shall pass. Don't be so hard on yourself.
