Is the engagement survey anonymous or do they know the names/ id. Asking this because if it is really genuine, CTS will never become the choice of the year. And if it's not, people will never put their true opinion

Though it's not anonymous, I don't want to hesitate or compromise on what i am thinking of cognizant! So , I bluntly gave my answers on it.

Unless we make them know the actual scenario, things aren't going to change.

I agree 💯. Cognizant's policies should undergo amendments along with that, it's high time that an organisation has to start to be like a MNC corporate, unlike indian MNC corporate 🙂
