
Emotions & Time
How do you describe the emotions? I believe a constant emotion makes us get stuck in time, sometimes we feel the time is slow and sometimes it just flies away. I see emotions are responsible for how we see things including the time. If we are hurt it takes hours/days or weeks to get out of that, and same with fear, anxious and depression. It takes a lot of time to forget / or come out of it because we get stuck in that emotion of hurt or anxious or depressed and we think a lot during that phase.
Even if u are happy/overwhelmed for very very long time you feel strange, you find that phase boring because you are in it for very time and you will seek for little change.
So I think any constant emotion will make us get stuck in time.
Emotions change with time and all we need is PATIENCE to experience and seek.
