Emergency suggestion

One of my friend is unable to log into ultimatix and outlook as well. He got released from project 2 weeks ago but worked for a week on client side since client side release hasn't completed. After he got released he started getting calls from other projects and also attended but didn't check on the remainder mails. Now his account is blocked, what do we do in this case? Will this month salary get credited?
