Trending @Accenture; Emea bench Attendance - wierd

Hi I just recently moved to emea bench and the attendance procedure is separate and totally different . In two sets you have to mark the attendance , in morning from 9:30 to 11 Am and in evening 5:30 to 7 Pm ? If you are failed to mark you have to mark vacation in timesheet ? Plus there is a whole different data to be filled like what did you do in morning or in evening ? Today is my second day on bench and i failed to mark attendance in morning because this is new to me . Now here i have to mark vacation in timesheet , is this vacation label is refered as leave ? If someone is also on emea bench please help me here
